What is the turnaround time for tasks and projects?
Turnaround time for each of the services Atwood LLC offers varies:
- Virtual Administrative Support and portions of the Author Assistant Services have turnaround times of 2 hours–1 week (depending on the project).
- Novel Planning, Manuscript Editing Services, and the remaining portions of Author Assistant Services have longer turnaround times of 24 hours–5 (or more) weeks.
- Virtual Marketing Assistant and Business Process Management Support projects take longer.
During your free consultation, we will discuss the expected turnaround time and agree on deadlines.
What is your policy for emergency rush jobs?
Depending on the type of task, complexity, and turnaround time asked, I add a 50% surcharge for rush jobs, with final payment due Net 7.
In the bundle package you offer, is the turnaround time for the combination of projects decided upon different?
Yes. Each type of project comes with an estimated turnaround time. I will evaluate the projects selected and propose a new turnaround time estimation for both parties to agree upon.
